JORDAN HAGE

Get It Done-er

Jordan is the owner of Nomadic Shack alongside his wife, Kristi.  For the past 19 years Jordan has been leading his award-winning full service retail build out company that services some of the most demanding names in the retail and restaurant business.  His clients not only demand the highest standards in production quality, but they also demand their finished product be as unique and custom as their brands. This is the fuel center of Jordan. His approach to one of a kind construction has led him to be an innovator in installations. In this space there are no rules or norms, only that the job has to get done, it has to be unique, and in the end his name will be attached to it. It is that pride that is deeply instilled in him that has been the background for the construction of Nomadic Shacks and the guarantee in our future success.  His passion for the outdoors and construction has been the catalyst for the creation  of Nomadic Shacks. When you work with Jordan, you are not only working with a highly competent builder, but also a future life long friend.

KRISTI HAGE

Chief Assistant

It takes a team to summit a mountain and all trips start with proper planning. Kristi has been the partner that has been the sounding block, the champion of the cause, and the person that pushes the team to strive harder. As wife to Jordan and sister to Angie, you can see how excellence surrounds itself with excellence. Kristi’s passion for the outdoors, family health and nutrition, and desire to raise her family in the sporting community has been her inspiration to create a product for others to experience the goodness that comes from spending time in nature and in fellowship together. As a mother of five children, she feels the desire to create a legacy that goes far beyond herself and instills her passions in her children for the future.

KRISTA HANSEN

Chief Operational Manager

Krista serves as the chief Operational Manger at Nomadic Shack, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company. With a degree in Accounting, Krista brings a sharp financial acumen to her multifaceted role, overseeing everything from resource management and budgeting to strategic planning and staff supervision. Her commitment to excellence and problem- solving abilities ensure that operations run seamlessly, and that challenges are met with practical, effective solution.

Beyond her technical expertise, Krista excels in communication and performance monitoring, always keeping the team aligned and on track to achieve company goals. Nomadic Shack wouldn’t be the same without her unwavering dedication and leadership, as she continually pushes the organization toward greater success.

Outside of work, Krista enjoys spending quality time with her son, further balancing her dynamic professional life with her personal commitments.

ANGELA ERICKSON

Interior Design / Concierge

Angie is the creative driving force behind the first Nomadic Shack. The original Quack Shack structure on her land in Quill Lakes (what was to be a seasonal watefowl hunting camp), ignited a fire that has been buring bright in her to create for others enjoyment.  She was formally the Director of Marketing for Cambria Quartz Surfaces where she designed and managed construction projects throughout the US and Canada. Her primary focus was sporting arenas and design studios. Her passion for building runs deep in her soul. Her personal works have been featured in many publications and most recently in Midwest Home magazine. Yet her passion for life’s adventures goes far beyond just construction. She is a renowned photographer, accomplished waterfowler, and her greatest project is being a wife and mother of five children.   When a client wants to complete their shack with a full concierge service, Angie steps in and brings the Shack to completion.

TOM SOLTYS

Senior Project Manager

With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and years of experience leading high-performing teams in the construction field, Tom brings a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on leadership to Nomadic Shack. As the Field Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Senior Project Manager, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of custom-built, high-end modular homes across the United States.

Recognized for a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, Tom is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of both customers, internal partners and team members. He has a proven track record of building and managing diverse teams that consistently surpass goals and deliver exceptional results. Tom believes in leading with integrity, setting a clear vision, and fostering collaboration to find innovative solutions. Holding both the team and himself accountable to company objectives, he ensures that every project aligns with Nomadic Shack’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

With a focus on clear communication and strategic problem-solving, Tom leads by example, driving success across all stages of production. He is committed to delivering homes that not only meet but exceed the expectations of homeowners, creating lasting relationships built on trust and excellence.

STEPHANIE ROUSU

Designer

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Stephanie is a wonderful addition to the Design team here at Nomadic Shack, where she channels her passion for transforming spaces. Her love for design was sparked in childhood, watching her uncle design and build a resort.

The process of bringing a project to life, from a simple sketch to a completed space, captivated her and has since been the driving force behind her career. She believes that every project tells a unique story and that no two days in design are ever the same- adding to the beauty and excitement of her work. A guiding phrase for Stephanie is ” Draw a Line, Live above it” Which inspires her to push boundaries, take risks, and always strive for excellence. When she is not in the Design Studio, you’ll find her making memories with her family, always cherishing the moments that matter the most.
