At Nomadic Shack, we believe that this journey should be a pleasurable adventure, not a struggle to the top. Our team’s goal is to be your guide and partner from initial concept design, site selection and building process to final move in. We pride ourselves on providing an experience that exceeds all of our customer’s needs and desires.
SITE PREPARATION
One of the key elements of a Nomadic design structure is the portability. All of our luxury cabins are designed and built on a mobile modular architecture base. By using this methodology, it allows us to have superior quality control and access to the most modern appointments that would not be possible in remote areas. While our design and construction are elaborate in nature, the process is simplistic and worry free. Our team will meet with you to evaluate your property and locate the best site for your home. We will coordinate local contractors to prep for water, septic, electric, and satellite. We will pull permits, estimates, and install all services.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Although Nomadic Shacks are built in a controlled environment, they are ready to weather any storm. This is proven as we transport your unit across North America to the remote location of your choice. We coordinate installation via crane operator and set the unit carefully in place. With our complete concierge service, we arrive approximately 120 days after construction begins on standard shacks (timing can vary for custom shacks). Your unit is installed and ready for you to enjoy approximately seven days after setting it onsite (pending the cooperation of site contractors). From a serene meadow in the wild bush of Canada where you wake to the sounds of migrating waterfowl, to the serenity of a glacial pond where the whistle of a loon and sparkle of lightning bugs are only interrupted by the sound of a thunderstorm in the distance. The Nomadic Shack embraces the opportunity to meet the needs of our client with structures that are as free and wild as the land they inhabit.
CONCIERGE SERVICE
We offer complete turn key design|build|furnish services. We have many customers who love our final product but do not fully enjoy the building process. There is no right way to build a dream. So let us handle all the details. Our team will meet with you, define a style guide, and show you all the options and possibilities. Once we have a working plan, we will update you on the process, set a series of milestones, and have the entire project ready to move in. Tables set, beds made, and a home ready to entertain.
